Effn Land Services came to Wild 3 Creative with only a name and a rough AI-generated logo that didn’t reflect who they truly are. Their business — a veteran-owned land clearing and property cleanup company serving the South Carolina Lowcountry — deserved a brand identity that conveyed strength, reliability, and professional capability while still feeling approachable to homeowners and small commercial clients.

Our goal was to build a foundational identity system that captures Effn’s rugged, no-nonsense expertise in brush cutting, debris hauling, and lot/property cleanup, while giving them a visual presence that feels credible and trustworthy in a competitive market. The result is a cohesive visual system — from refined logo treatments to clear typography and supporting brand elements — that positions Effn Land Services as the go-to team for clearing, cleaning, and reclaiming land across Berkeley County and beyond.

This identity sets them up to grow with consistent branding across digital platforms, signage, uniforms, and future marketing materials, transforming a once informal concept into a professional, memorable service brand that resonates with local homeowners and property managers alike.
